Hi all! If you haven't already got the November mini kit featuring Little Yellow Bicycle, then rush to get it! It is totally full of beautiful products! I have a class to share with you today utilizing the different, fun elements from the kit!

You will need:
Kraft cardstock (from your stash)
LYB Brown die-cut paper
LYB Brown Flower Dots paper
LYB Multi Plaid paper
LYB Blue Sky & Leaves paper
LYB Gratitude transparency
LYB Blue ribbon
LYB Expoxy stickers
Buttons from your stash
Circle Punch

Let's get started!

Step 1: Cut off just the lace part of the 12 X 12 piece of brown diecut paper. Adhere it to the Kraft about 4" from the top

Step 2: Grab one or two photos. Mine are sized at about 3 1/4 X 2 1/2". Tuck the photos under the edges of the die-cut leaves and acorns.

Step 3: Cut the Brown Flower Dots paper into a 1 X 12" strip. Adhere it directly under brown die-cut paper so they line up. (don't mind the punch out at the end of mine. I grabbed a scrap and knew it would be covered up! Very Happy )

Step 4: This cream strip is the other side of the Brown Flower Dots paper. Cut a 7 3/4 X 1 1/2" rectangle. Adhere it directly on under the brown die-cut, covering part of the Brown Flower Dot piece!

Step 5: Cut a thin strip of the Multi Plaid paper at 1/4 X 7". Place it at the top edge of the cream piece so that it is lined up against the brown die-cut. Grab your Gratitude transparency and line it up so that the word sits right on the dash.

TIP: I attached my transparency by placing small amounts of adhesive under the brown leaves on the transparency. I also placed adhesive under spots I knew would be hidden with other elements.

Step 6: Grab your circle cutter. Punch out a 1 1/4" circle.

Step 7: You will be placing it up in the top, left of the layout. Ink it, cut a very small amount off, and adhere.

Step 8: Layer a small strip of the cream (1 1/2 X 1.3") on top of the blue circle and place an expoxy sticker. We have just made a cluster that gives balance to the heavy right side of the layout!

Step 9: To create an embellishment cluster, cut another 1 1/4" circle. Then cut it in half. Overlap these alongside the Multi Plaid border.

Grab your Blue Sky & Leaves sheet and hand cut some leaves. This is my favorite piece of paper in the kit! Layer them in the corner of the photo.

Place an expoxy sticker. Tie a bow with the blue ribbon. Finish the details with buttons!

Step 10: Add one more leaf with a button right next to the G in Gratitude.

Step 11: Add the journaling above the die-cut on the right side of the layout. As you can see, I draw light pencil lines using a ruler and then did my writing. I always place vellum on top of my journaling space and practice first! When done writing, erase the lines!

Here is the finished layout!
