Card #3: Happy happy days

Hello & welcome to day 3 of our christmas card countdown!
Here's my card:

This is how you do it:
Cut a 8x6 piece of cardstock. Fold it to make a 4x6 card.
(It doesn't really matter if the fold is on top though, so if you prefer making a 12x4 strip into a 6x4 card that's great too!)

Take out the packaging from your prima flowers. Trim off one edge (which will be the lower one) to make it fit the card. Use it as a tempate and trace it onto the black and white dotted paper. Cut it slightly smaller than the green.
Rough up the edges, and adhere it.

Cut a piece of text paper. It's not fussy cut here - get the text you want and use that as your starting point for the rest of the pieces. Rough up edges & sew around the edges (real or faux).
Cut scallops from the light green paper and outline them.
Cut out one of the journaling spots from the trinket packaging. Rough up that as well. Also cut one circle (choose one you like! I love the bird so I picked that one) from the patterned paper and rought that us as well.

Pick a journaling spot from your stash or make one by scalloping edges and drawing around the edges with a red pen.

Mount them all.

Add a snowflake to a red flower. Cut your own leaves. Crumple and ink them to make them look more real. Add a piece of bling or a brad from your stash to the middle. Glue it all down.

Add bling stones and some Glossy Accents if desired. (I added mine to "happy" and the bird.)

You're done!!
Add the receipent and your name as a sender when you've decided who gets it...! Wink
